DTC Telecom is comprised of talented, dedicated , experienced, long serving employees ranging from our qualified engineering, operations, and project management people to our senior management team.
Below, you’ll find brief biographies of the company’s four directors - all of whom are involved in the business every day.
James Norden is CEO of DTC International Ltd. In his role, James leads and defines the overall strategy, direction and culture of the business, leaning on a thorough understanding of the telecom recycling and global secondary telecom market built up over the past two decades.
Previous roles include Engineering Services Manager, Sales Director and more recently Chief Operating Officer. This experience is combined with a visionary approach to developing new value-added services for the Reverse Logistics and After Market industry, ensuring DTC’s continued commitment to telecom lifecycle management and environmental sustainability.
CFO Ranjit brings over 20 years of finance and strategic management experience to DTC Telecom, gleaned from a range of multi-national organizations and SME businesses.
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, he moved into industry holding senior roles in Corporate Strategy – as well as being the Finance Director for both quoted and private companies in a range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, industrial and technology.
CMO & VP Business Development
Keith Hehir is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of DTC International Ltd. In this role, Keith is responsible for DTC’s global marketing strategy, business development and partnerships.
Over the past 29 years in the telecoms industry, Keith has worked for both multi-national and early stage companies. His experience covers a broad international spectrum around network services, network equipment, network infrastructure, system integration and outsourcing.
Divisional Managing Director
Martin Smith joined DTC in March 2016 as Managing Director for our Infrastructure Services business. He brings with him over 38 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, gained across engineering, operations, sales and senior management roles in both Multi-National and SME companies.
Martin’s experience in this sector is extensive and he is held in high regard by clients and suppliers responsible for delivering next generation voice and data solutions.
