DTC Telecom is looking to recruit a high calibre experienced Sales Manager from within the telecoms industry. This position reports directly to the CEO. The successful applicant will have at least 5 years’ industry experience minimum and a working knowledge of DTC’s global target markets. A proven track record in managing a sales team, motivating and focusing revenue generators to achieve their sales quotas is essential. The candidate will also be responsible for their own individual sales / key account management contribution as well as developing, expanding and leading the team by example. DTC promotes its portfolio of services across the globe under a single value proposition built around Telecom Lifecycle Management. A blended delivery of both transactional monthly revenue and quarterly key account revenue to meet team targets is required together with other key performance indicators. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work towards the position of Sales Director within 12 months.
