    James Norden – CEOJames Norden is CEO of DTC International Ltd and Managing Director of DTC Telecom Holdings Ltd. In his role of CEO James leads and defines the overall strategy, direction and culture within the business. James possesses a thorough understanding of the telecom recycling and global secondary equipment market built up over the past two decades. Previous roles include Engineering Services Manager, Sales Director and more recently Chief Operating Officer. This experience is combined with a visionary approach to developing new value added services for the reverse logistics and after market industry, ensuring DTC’s mission continues to build around telecom lifecycle management and environmental sustainability.
  • Ranjit Roy-Choudhuri FCA MBA – CFO

    Ranjit Roy-Choudhuri- CFORanjit brings over twenty years of finance & strategic management experience in multi-national organisations and SME businesses. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand he moved into industry holding senior roles in Corporate Strategy and as well as being the Finance Director for both quoted and private companies in a range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, industrial and technology.

In the role of Vice President Business Development Keith is responsible for global market strategy, business development and partnerships. Over the past twenty five years in the telecoms industry Keith has worked for both global and early stage companies. His experience covers a broad range of international spectrum around network services, network equipment, network infrastructure system integration and outsourcing. He graduated in Marketing from Canterbury Christ Church University.
  • Martin Smith – Divisional Managing Director

    Martin Smith – Divisional Managing DirectorMartin Smith joined DTC in March 2016 as Divisional Managing Director for Infrastructure Services. Martin brings over 38 years’ experience in the telecom industry gained across engineering, operations, sales, and senior management roles in both Multi-National and SME companies. Martin reports to the CEO and is responsible for this business unit within DTC’s Technical Network Services group. Infrastructure Services is expanding rapidly due to industry needs around specialist expertise associated with Next Generation Network roll out.
  • Derek Biggerstaff – Head of Global Accounts

    Derek Biggerstaff – Head of Global AccountsDerek Biggerstaff is Head of Global Accounts at DTC and is responsible for developing our relationships with International Organisations in the OEM and Service Provider arena.  Derek has twenty five years’ experience selling into the IT and Telecommunications sector, holding senior sales management positions in organisation such as ADC and Unisys.  His experience includes 7 years based in the Middle East recruiting and managing Resellers and System integrators in the region.

He is responsible for all day to day activities at Head Quarters covering both warehousing and recycling facilities. Adrian brings to DTC over 25 years’ experience gained in a variety of major companies in both the retail and utility market sectors. Adrian seeks to drive processes, efficiencies and a customer focused approach to business operations through a cohesive and nurturing work place environment.
  • Dave Oliver – Reverse Logistics Manager

    Dave Oliver – Reverse Logistics ManagerHaving been with DTC for over ten years, Dave Oliver is responsible for global logistics and DTC’s project management office. This role involves designing, overseeing and controlling all inbound, outbound logistics and managing on site project relationships with customers and network equipment vendors during recoveries. Dave ensures best practices are adhered to in all areas ensuring minimal disruption and project delivery within agreed timescales. The recovery operation teams Dave manages receive on-going training in working at heights, emergency first aid, working with AC/DC power, fire safety, risk assessment, working in confined spaces and hold a current safety passport. These processes and compliance support DTC’s overall corporate objectives and environmental policies. Dave is qualified in managing H&S accredited by IOSH and is PM certified.
  • Alexander Stevenson – After Market Sales Manager

    Alexander Stevenson – After Market Sales ManagerAlexander Stevenson joined DTC over 7 years ago. Over this period of time he has developed significant expertise and knowledge across the global secondary market for legacy and obsolete telecom equipment. As After Market Sales Manager; Alexander and his team manage customer relationships across a broad range of market segments, including Operators, End Users and the Global Trade. Dealing in a wide range of multi-vendor parts and complete systems, Alexander’s department lead DTC’s low cost supply chain for spares management and global re-marketing programs.
